Our house, not being particularly modern or traditional was turning out to be very difficult to style. Catering for all of the mod cons in what can only be described as an awkward shaped room (of which two Kitchen companies refused to work with) added to the turmoil of kitchen designing. I am pleased to say that when Darren arrived within minutes we were reassured and excited about the options that were now open to us.
Darren worked tirelessly with us both to ensure that we had exactly what we wanted and needed for our home. Our kitchen is both traditional and modern with everything we need and is just perfect for us, from fitting in our large fridge to our bespoke mantel. It is just beautiful. We cannot speak highly enough of Darren, his work and talent. If you want your perfect kitchen, he is your man!

We searched high and low for a person, company, who would listen to our needs, work with us, give us ideas and take on board what an unusual kitchen space we had!! Well that person was Darren at Arrden Vale kitchens. What a wonderful, considerate, genuine lovely man. He's attentive, extremely knowledgeable in every area, not just building a kitchen, but electrics, decor, plumbing, tiling, everything you can think of for your kitchen ideas to become a reality. Darren works very hard to the point he stayed on site for at least 10days in his camper ( although we offered at bed) he insisted he stay there. He is clean and he tidys up every day. Now our kitchen, it's smart, made extremely well, colour perfect, fitted amazing in our 14th century house and in keeping with our house, I have all my mod cons and most are hidden out of site. Darren even made us a matching dog bed/station. Truly thrilled to have found Arrden kitchens. If you want to see the finish product, we have said happy to show you. Great workmanship - just the skills needed to best the uneven walls and surfaces of an old cottage. Clever eye for seeing how spaces can be best used to produce a unique and practical kitchen of which we are very proud. (We got) sound impartial advice on the merits and caveats of using equipment from the various big-name suppliers so we got exactly what we wanted. Always friendly and exceeded promises - seemed to relish the challenges of listed properties.
