Summary

1. We initially provide a detailed written quotation and design overview plan drawing.
   If you wish then to proceed, further detailed elevation drawings are prepared; these drawings will be chargeable should you later choose to not proceed.

2. We agree a completion date, i.e. the date when you would like to be using your new kitchen.

3. We require a 25% deposit of the total amount prior to work starting.

4. Prior to installation, on delivery of your new kitchen a further payment of 50% of the total cost is due.
   Installation commences with the utmost care and with the aim of minimising disruption to your home as much as possible.

5. Once installation is complete your kitchen will be fully functional and at this stage the final balance is due.
